Properties of the Oregano
Herbaceous species of the arid and semi-arid areas,
with extraordinary flavour, of aromatic smell to perceive in their
different processes. Their chemical composition provides as main
elements to the Carvacrol and Thymol, and in smaller quantity
to the m-Cimeno and Eucalyptol.
