Today, Agroindustrial Don Pablo Licón S.P.R. de R.L., holds an Organic Certification, No. 00319/2004 - ITBAC008477 issued by Bioagricert, a body sanctioned and recognized by the European Union, registered under No. 2092/91, to certify crop, livestock, wild crop and any matters related to production, distribution and marketing operations according to organic product standards, pursuant to the provisions of the Organic Foods Production Act, and the appropriate amendment, (7U.S.C. 6501 et seq.) (OFPA) and organic product standards under the agreement (7CFR 205 1 et seq.). This certification is valid from January 8, 2003 to January 7, 2008.

Bioagricert schemes have been recognized in many countries by local authorities according to their own national regulations and policies.
